Tallow Balm

What is Naturally Hippie Tallow Balm?

It is a simple, small-batch cosmetic balm made with one carefully chosen ingredient: grass-fed, grass-finished beef tallow.

What ingredients are in the Tallow Balm?

Grass-fed, grass-finished beef tallow.

It contains no plant oils and no added fragrance.

How do I use it?

Warm a small amount between clean fingertips and gently massage it onto clean, dry skin. Start with less and add more as needed.

Is the Tallow Balm whipped?

No. Naturally Hippie Tallow Balm is not whipped.

Why can the texture change?

Tallow naturally responds to temperature. Warm conditions may soften or melt the balm, while cooler conditions make it firmer.

Temperature changes can occasionally produce a grainy texture. This does not necessarily mean the product has spoiled.

How should I store it?

Keep the jar closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

Peppermint Lip Balm

What ingredients are in the Peppermint Lip Balm?

Beef tallow, beeswax and organic peppermint (Mentha piperita) oil.

What does it feel like?

It glides on easily and provides a fresh peppermint sensation while leaving lips feeling soft and conditioned.

How do I apply it?

Apply a light layer to your lips as desired.

What if I am sensitive to peppermint?

Peppermint oil may cause sensitivity for some people. Stop using the product if irritation occurs.

How should I store it?

Keep the tube capped and away from excessive heat. Lip balm may soften or melt if left in a hot vehicle or direct sunlight.

Are Naturally Hippie products intended to treat skin conditions?

No. Naturally Hippie products are cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Should I patch test the products?

We recommend patch testing before first use, especially if you have sensitive skin or known ingredient sensitivities.

How quickly will my order ship?

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Carrier delivery time begins after processing.

Where do you ship?

Naturally Hippie currently ships within the United States.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Tracking information will be emailed after your order ships.

Can I change my shipping address?

Email care@naturallyhippie.com immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact care@naturallyhippie.com within seven days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs.

Returns

What is your return window?

Eligible return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Can I return an opened product?

Opened or used personal-care products cannot normally be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Ordinary returns must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
