Shipping & Returns

Order Processing
Naturally Hippie orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Processing time is the time required to prepare your order for shipment. It does not include the carrier’s delivery time.
If an unexpected delay prevents us from shipping within the stated timeframe, we will contact you using the email provided with your order.
Where We Ship
Naturally Hippie currently ships within the United States only.
Available shipping options, estimated delivery times and shipping costs are displayed during checkout. Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and given to the carrier.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used during checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If you notice an error, email care@naturallyhippie.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.
Naturally Hippie is not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your order is damaged, incorrect or missing an item, contact care@naturallyhippie.com within seven days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs of the package and products.
If the issue was caused by Naturally Hippie or occurred during shipment, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
Returns
We accept eligible returns requested within 30 days of delivery.
Because our products are personal-care items, ordinary returns must be:
Unopened
Unused
In their original packaging
In resalable condition
Opened or used products cannot normally be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
To request a return, email care@naturallyhippie.com before mailing anything back. Include your order number and the reason for the return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, incorrect or defective. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return resulted from our error.
Refunds
We will inspect returned products after they arrive. If the return is approved, the refund will be sent to the original payment method.
The time required for a refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
Naturally Hippie reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet this policy.
